Building the Girl Child and More

By Ehoro Sarima Olawumi

Omawumi’s great passion for the girl child drove her to start a blog relating to the issues of life that society brings on the Girl Child and the bearer of the girl child. Therefore, she took it upon herself to make her daughters the envy of the world. The main aim of the initiative “Building the Girl Child and More” is to give a voice to every Girlchild whose family and society have shut up through physical & verbal and emotional abuse.

The mission is to change this mindset. To make sure every girlchild expresses herself freely and can face the challenges of life without being intimidated, to encourage girlchild education, and to fight against rape, and emotional, verbal, and domestic abuse.

Olawumi encourages many that have The Girlchild, and who have been mocked or shut down by society, to put themselves together and follow her on every episode of Building the Girl Child And More. It promises to encourage and strengthen everyone.

The program can also be reached via the following social media handles
