Follow-up Prisons Outreach, Abuja
WEBS Ministries FCT carried out a Follow-up outreach to the Kuje Correctional Centre (Kuje Prison) in Abuja on 19th November 2021. Evangelist Doris Codo shared the Word of God with the inmates and gave words of encouragement sharing testimonies from her life. Ms. Ogechi also encouraged the inmates to keep trusting in God.
The General Pastor of the prison who is also an inmate thanked us for the visit. And wished we could come more frequently because the visits give them hope and make them feel loved. The Prison wardens also expressed their gratitude and stated that the role of the church is very key in the prisons and it is one of the institutions that support the prison and its inmates. The chaplain stated that they would always approach churches for charitable deeds.
