WEBS feeds Orphans and vulnerable Children in Abuja for Easter

In partnership with Passion for Hope Initiative for Widows and Vulnerable Children, WEBS Ministry, on 5th April 2021, conducted a community outreach at Mogadishu Cantonment, Abacha barracks. In attendance were 6 WEBS sisters, 1 volunteer (7 ladies), and the host Madam Uju Nwakor. WEBS Ministries Abuja reached 72 children from Motherless baby homes (Arome Suleja), Vulnerable Children, Orphans (Double & Single), Children affected and infected with HIV with food packs, back to school items, and some donated clothes and shoes. The word of God was also shared with the children, praise session and young people were counselled.

 
 

At the end of the event, the host showed her profound gratitude, “I was shocked with the gift bags that were given to the children; it can only be God at work.”

The cash donation was handed over to the host of the event Madam Uju who will decide the best way it will benefit the children. There was a prayer session that led to the end of the event. Moving forward, WEBS Ministries plans to support some of the kids with psychosocial support, accommodation, and educational support.
